Concentrate
Crystalline waterproofing for new and existing concrete, applied on the water side or the dry side.

Highlights
What Concentrate does for concrete.
Hydrostatic pressure
Resists extreme water pressure, from either side.
Apply it to the positive side where water pushes in, or the negative side when you can only reach the inside of a tank or basement.
product literatureCrack sealing
Seals static hairline cracks up to this width.
Surface
No dry surface needed.
It's applied to saturated concrete. Water is what carries it in.
Integral
Becomes part of the concrete.
No seams to lap, tear or puncture during backfill.
Chemicals
Highly resistant to aggressive chemicals.
Non-toxic, with no VOCs.
Where it's used
Structures that hold water, or hold it back.
- Water tanks & reservoirs
- Basements & foundations
- Swimming pools
- Water & sewage treatment
- Parking structures
- Tunnels & underground vaults
- Secondary containment
- Precast components
Also mixed as Dry-Pac to seal construction joints and repair cracks, faulty joints and honeycombing.
Moving cracks and expansion joints need a joint system. Ask us about Manorteq waterbars and sealants.
Application
Four steps. Preparation decides the result.
A summary only. Always follow the current
method statement for your structure; our team can supervise on site.
- 01
Prepare
Clean the concrete and open its pores. Repair defects and tie holes with Patch'n Plug first.
- 02
Saturate
Soak the surface with water so the chemicals have a path into the concrete.
- 03
Apply
Brush or spray the slurry as one coat, or as the first of two coats with Modified.
- 04
Cure
Keep the coating damp during curing and protect it from rapid drying.

Questions
What project teams ask us.
Can it be applied inside a tank that's already leaking?
Yes. Concentrate can go on the negative (inside) side. Active leaks, cracks and tie holes are stopped with Patch'n Plug first.
publishes a negative-side method statement for this.
Can we tile or render over it?
Yes, following
's procedure for applying thinset, plaster and other finishes over
coatings. Ask us for the method statement.
How soon can a water tank go back into service?
's fast-track coating system allows return to service in about 3–4 days from the start of application. Normal procedures take longer.
Is it suitable for drinking-water tanks?
Yes.
Concentrate is approved for use in potable water applications when applied according to specification.
Should we use Concentrate or Admix?
Admix is added to the concrete at batching for new structures. Concentrate is applied to the surface of new or existing concrete. Many projects use both, with a joint system at construction joints.
Planning to use Concentrate?
Send the structure, area and location. We'll confirm quantities and stock, or come and look at the concrete first.
