Manorteq · Tie-bolt sealing
FormPlug
Seal tie-bolt holes from the inside with a single strike of a hammer.

Highlights
Tie-bolt holes, closed for good.
Water pressure
Watertight against hydrostatic pressure up to 6 bar, the limit of the test.
Source: Manorteq product literatureHow it works
A swelling cap on a solid core.
A cap made of HydroBar Evo material swells in water to seal, while the rigid plastic core anchors it in the sleeve.
Speed
One blow and it's done.
No finishing, sealing mortar or after-treatment. A hammer is the only tool.
System
Pairs with FormRing.
FormPlug seals inside the sleeve; FormRing seals around the outside. Use both for complete protection.

Questions
What project teams ask us.
It's very tight to hammer in. What helps?
Dip the rubber cap in clean water for a moment. It then slides into the sleeve as if lubricated.
Does the sleeve need to come out?
No. Leave the sleeve in place and use FormPlug with FormRing.
Is it chemically resistant?
It resists contact with a wide range of chemicals. Tell us about any specific exposure and we'll check with Manorteq.
Sealing tie-bolt holes?
Tell us the sleeve size and how many holes, and we'll quote FormPlug and FormRing.
